When you're interested in a destination wedding, one of the first things we recommend is to define your budget.
Then subtract the 'fixed costs' such as rent of the venue, photographer, flowers and decorations, etc.
Calculate the total cost per person by adding up reception, dinner, open bar, etc.
When done, divide the remaining budget by the total cost per person, which will give you how many guests you can invite within your budget.
You can make a separate calculation for each destination or venue you're interested in.
But if you want my advice, use our free online budget calculator.
You can use it as often as you want, each time with a different number of guests.
It will instantly show you an excellent basis for a video call during which we discuss venues, options, costs, etc.
